Rates are based on 6 person occupancy.
$15 per night for each additional person
The lodge will accomodate 8 people

		Rates effective January 1 2011 ~
		$140 per night $850 per week
		(3 night minimum)

Security Deposit must be secured with a credit card.

The weekly rental fee, sales tax and security deposit are due prior to the time of check-in.

A $100 down payment and required paperwork is to be returned within 1 week to guarantee your reserved dates.

Check In Time is 4:30 p.m. Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellations with more than a 30-day notice will result in a refund of the $100 deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

For cancellations with less than a 30-day notice, but the lodge can be rented out during those dates, a refund minus 10% will be given.

Lone Pine Ridge is fully licensed and health inspected.
