Rates are based on 6 person occupancy.
$15 per night for each additional person
The lodge will accomodate 8 people

Standard Rates ~	Fall rates 2008: (Sept. 29 - Dec.1)	2008/2009 Winter Rates: (Dec.1 -March 31):
$825 per week	$700 per week	$825 per week
$125 per night, (3 night minimum)	$100 per night, (3 night minimum)	$125 per night (3 night minimum)

Security Deposit must be secured with a credit card.

The weekly rental fee, sales tax and security deposit are due prior to the time of check-in.

A $200 down payment and required paperwork is to be returned within 1 week to guarantee your reserved dates.

Check In Time is 4:30 p.m. Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellations with more than a 30-day notice will result in a refund of the $200 deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

For cancellations with less than a 30-day notice, but the lodge can be rented out during those dates, a refund minus 10% will be given.

Lone Pine Ridge is fully licensed and health inspected.
